Pulse — help for authorized personnel

Pulse is a private field-operations app used by crews and supervisors to run jobs, complete pre-operations and safety checklists, log maintenance, and submit records for approval. If something isn't working or you have a question, we're here to help.

When you contact us, please include

• Your name and crew or team.
• Your device (e.g. iPhone 15, iPad, or web browser) and app version.
• What you were doing and what happened, with a screenshot if you can.

Quick troubleshooting

• Fully close and reopen the app.
• Confirm your device has a working internet connection.
• Make sure your device software and the app are up to date.
• If a screen looks out of date, pull to refresh or sign out and back in.

Account, access & passwords

Pulse accounts are created and managed by your organization's administrator. For a new account, a role or permission change, a password reset, or to delete your account and data, please contact your administrator. If you can't reach them, email us and we'll help point you in the right direction.
